 Defect or damage or product different from what has been ordered

When customers received defective or damaged product or product that was different from what has been ordered, we will bear all the expenses incurred for the return and replacement..

 Return and exchange by the convenience of customers

We will accept return or exchange of items, only when they are not used and unpackaged.
In this case, all the shipping fees and refunding fees will be borne by the customers.

 No return and no exchange

No return and exchange may be accepted in the following cases.
・ When the product has been opened
・ When the product was used (except when customers cannot check the condition unless they use it.)
・ 11 days or more has elapsed since the product is received.
・ Damage, dirt or defect is attributable to the handling by the customer.
