　Requesting specific date and time of delivery

For an order in which the product is in stock or low stock, customers can request for a specific date and time of delivery.
For an order in which the product is out of stock and we order upon request, or in which the payment method is either bank transfer, Pay-easy or convenience store prepaid, customers cannot request for a date of delivery.

Mail delivery service


Read and understand the following matters before using a mail service.

• Mail service provide tracing records which is no more than dropping off the package in the mail box.
• Both Rednails and Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. are not held responsible for any failures including damages during transportation or lost or theft after dropping off the package in the mail box.
• Only when "Mail service" is indicated beside the product name, customers can opt for a mail delivery service.
• In Mail Delivery Service, cash on delivery payment method cannot be chosen.
• Packages will be shipped via Yamato Transport.
• When customers purchase more than one item that allows to opt for a mail service, there may be a case where the size of the package may exceed the size limit prescribed by the shipping company. In this case, we will ship the package via courier service (the shipping fee stays as same as that of mail delivery service).
• In the event where a package we shipped are returned due to some circumstances, and the customer wish to reship them, an additional shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
• Depending on the shape of a product, the outer box and the product may be wrapped separately, then packed together in one package.
• If the package is too big to fit in the mail box, it may be hung at the door knob. Otherwise, it may be placed at the front door.

　Request for a specific delivery date and time

Regardless of the stock status and payment method, specific date and time cannot be requested as the package will be dropped in the mail box.

　Transportation Lead Time

It takes about two to five days for packages to arrive. (It may take more than 5 days depend on the area.)

　Shipping Addresses

In addition to the address you have registered with us, a maximum of 20 shipping addresses can be registered. Please register from "Add or Change Shipping Addresses" on MY Page.

　Shipping Of Multiple Orders

We do not combine items from multiple orders in one delivery.

　About back order

When a customer placed an order for products that stated IN-STOCK, but later we found some of them are out of stock, we will ship what are in stock first. As soon as new stock is arrived, we will ship the rest. In this case, we will bear the shipping fee for the latter shipment.
When a customer placed an order for products including products that we ordered to the manufacture upon request, we will ship all of them in one delivery when new stock is arrived. If the customer requests for an urgent delivery, we can ship only what are in stock first. However, the customer may be required to bear the shipping cost.

　Shipping To Overseas

We do not ship overseas. Shipping addresses have to be within Japan.
