　Cash on delivery

Upon the receipt of the product package, please pay for your purchase to the delivery person.

【An order of less than 10,000 yen (tax included)】 Cash-on-delivery fee: 400 yen
【An order of 10,000 yen (including tax) or more】 Cash-on-delivery fee: Free

※For Cash on delivery, only cash payment is accepted.
※For mail delivery services, cash on delivery cannot be selected.

　Credit-card transactions

Credit card payment option include VISA, Master, UC, JCB, DINERS an AMEX.

※A lump-sum payment only.

　Bank transfer

As soon as the shipping preparation is done for your order, we will inform of our bank account information by e-mail. Please complete the payment within 10 days from the date when the email is received.

※Please note that the bank transfer fees are borne by the customers.
※If we fail to acknowledge the receipt of payment within 10 days, we will temporarily cancel your order.

　NP Atobarai (Convenience stores, post offices, banks)



The NP Atobarai service is a secure and safe payment system that allows you to pay at "convenience stores", "post offices", "banks" after you received the products. Your order will be delivered within 7 days after your order is confirmed. An invoice will be mailed to you separately from the product package, and payment is required to be completed within 14 days after the issuance date.

※In the event where the "address provided in the customer information" and the "shipping address" differs, an invoice will be mailed to the address provided in the customer information.
※When you opt to pay at a bank, a bank transfer fee is incurred, which varies depending in the financial institution.

【Matters to be noted】
The NP Atobarai service is provided by the Net Protections Inc., and allows customers to pay later.
We provides the Net Protections Inc. with our customers' personal information within the scope of the service, and transfer our right to claim credits. Customers can use this Service within the limit of 54,000 yen based on the cumulative balance (including tax).
Depending on the credit score which is obtained after an order is confirmed, we may advise the customer to use other payment options.

■お支払い方法
お支払い用紙の発券に必要な番号を、お買い物の翌月初旬にメールでご案内いたします。翌月10日までにLoppi/ Famiポートなどのコンビニ端末から払込票を発券してお支払いください。
お支払い方法は、スマホアプリまたはWebマイページで次のいずれかからお選びいただけます。


・Loppi/Famiポート (コンビニ) ※標準設定
・電子バーコード (コンビニ)
・はがき請求書 (コンビニ)
・自動引き落とし (口座振替)


■注意事項
・決済手数料は無料です。
・ご利用月のみ請求手数料209円(税込)が発生いたします。 (口座振替の場合は無料)
・支払期限日は支払い方法によって異なります。
・代金は株式会社ネットプロテクションズの会員規約に基づき指定の方法で請求いたします。


　Receipt

From "Checking Order Details " on the Check-Out screen, customers can request for an issuance of receipt.

　Fees other than products

Shipping fees, fees incurred for payment and annual fees are incurred other than the payment for your purchase. Fees will be displayed on the Check-Out Screen when placing an order.
