Selling prices are indicated as follows.

Suggested retail price ： A manufacturer's suggested retail price (Fixed price)
Member Price ： A selling price for our members
Special discount price ： A price further marked down from the Member Price during a campaign period.

　Stock

Stock statuses

In Stock ： There are three or more items available
Low Stock ： There are less than three items available
Back oeder ： There is no items available, and we will order to the manufacture upon request.
Out of stock ： There is no items available. New stock will be usually arrived within 2 to 10 days except in the case of production discontinuation or sales discontinuation.

※ Please note that the item you ordered may not be available when another customer ordered at the same item, in case of low stock. We will inform you by email or phone.。
※ Items we ordered to the manufacturer upon request cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

　Volumes and Sizes

We provide information on volumes and sizes in accordance with the information of respective manufactures and in the labels on the products. Please note that these values are not the weights that we physically weighed.

　Product Images

We try to provide images of products close to the actual products as much as possible, especially colors images. However, they may look somewhat differently depending on the setting of your monitor or display. This is one of the characteristics common in all the online stores.
For nail colors, in particular, the colors you see in the images may look slightly deferent from the actual product. If you need to be sure, we advise that you visit our Rednails Shinjuku Store.
Any return or exchange of a product for reasons other than the reason that the actual color is clearly different from the color in the images, it will consider return or exchange at the convenience of the customer.

The User Review is a function that allows customers to post their opinions and comments about the products purchased from our store. Customers reviews will be posted on respective product pages.

【How to post user reviews】
1) Click the "Purchase History" on the "MY Page".
2) Click the "Clip Mark" to open the Purchased Item List screen. 
3) Click the "Post A Review" to open the Entry Form.
4) Enter the necessary information in the Entry Form to post a review.
