To place an order
HOW TO ORDER |
1) Login. To Login, see the "Place Order For The First Time"
in the left menu. 2) Select your desired products, and add them in the cart. 3) When you have added in the cart all the items you wish to order, press the "Enter Shipping Address" button. 4) In accordance with the instructions on the screen, complete the purchase procedures such as entering a shipping address, choosing a payment method, using coupons / points if any, etc.. 5) On the Confirmation screen, check the product names, quantities and customer information. If there are no mistakes, press the "Place Order" button. |
Order Confirmation email |
Once your purchase is successful, you will receive an "Order confirmation
email" to your e-mail address. If an Order Confirmation email is not received, following reasons may be considered. Check your PC environment. 1. The e-mail address you registered is wrong. * Use only alphanumeric single-byte (no capital letters). Check for any dot, underscore or space. 2. Domain rejection setting has been enabled. Please disable so that you could receive e-mails from "rednails.jp". 3. The message has been moved to the Junk email folder. 4. The message has been deleted or blocked automatically by junk e-mail function of the provider. 5. The message has been blocked by security software / anti-virus software. 6. Fake mailer rejection setting has been enabled (spoofing). 7. Mails with URL rejection setting have been enabled. Other than the above, a special blocking measure may be in place in the Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo! In this case, please check from here. |
Shipping Notification |
When your order is shipped, you will receive a "Shipping Notification"
at your e-mail address. A Shipping Notification includes a "Shipping Inquiry Number". You may use the tracking services as follows.
